Founded in 2001, Gateway Construction, LLC is a family owned full service construction company based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Since inception, Gateway Construction has served clients in several different communities throughout Wyoming and Colorado and has completed more than 100 new single family homes in addition to several apartment buildings, multi-family housing units and a variety of commercial projects.

Gateway Construction holds a class “A” contractor’s license, and is fully insured with workers’ compensation and general liability insurance. Jason Stephen, co-owner and general manager, has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a licensed professional engineer. All of Gateway’s construction managers and superintendents hold a qualified supervisors license and have a variety of skills and expertise, making the entire Gateway Team unbeatable in terms of combined building experience.

At Gateway Construction, LLC we believe in contributing to the communities we work in.  Gateway Construction, LLC is an active member of the South East Wyoming Builders Association (SEWBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Gateway is also a member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and an associate member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors.  Gateway contributes to local charities, sponsors multiple youth recreational soccer teams, as well as local schools. Gateway also supports athletics at the University of Wyoming through its Cowboy Joe Club membership.
