CHEYENNE, WYOMING
Client Support Specialist: Full Time Client Support Specialist to work in model home located in the new Cheyenne Saddle Ridge Development. Position consists of showing model home, answering telephone, working with real estate agents, providing support to clients during and after construction including selecting options, upgrades and colors, tracking project progress, maintaining construction and client files and other miscellaneous office duties. Position also includes developing advertising, organizing options and upgrades for homes, selecting product lines, assisting with plan development, developing color schemes and decorating the model homes. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel and Word. Microsoft Publisher experience also helpful. Experience in or familiarity with customer service, the residential construction process, real estate and interior decorating are all helpful but not required. Pay depends on experience.
